Despite it saying they are open, they were completely closed gate down at 4 PM thursday 9/29. No response when messaged. I drove here out of the way from work after looking up online... could have had a regular customer out of me. Oh well.

I don't write reviews but with our experience here I had to. My mom was charged for the person in front of her. Her gummies were 21 and she paid around 70. She tried calling multiple times. No answer. We went there and the woman working said she couldn't/didn't know how to give a refund. Her excuse was "I just work here" like that makes sense. She said we had to return tomorrow while manager was there. My mom was upset obviously. Traveling 30 minutes and being told she can't get her money back that she was wrongfully charged for. If the employee answered the phone it wouldve saved us the trip..whole situation was not handled professionally by employee. Since when is yelling and giving attitude okay? My mom threatened to call the cops because she wanted her money so the employee slammed the gate and closed the store at 7pm. Next day she called to see if the manager was there, no answer again. So we went and waited 20 minutes for manager to arrive. Manager didn't acknowledge us or apologize, literally nothing. She went straight to the register and gave my mom
her refund. VERY rude and unprofessional, hard to believe she's a manager.

Sales rep shouldn't be in a position to deal with the public , will not be doing any more business with them after being yelled at for not being able to put a mask over an area or nose that had surgery on 4 days ago. No one but my son and I in the store..and was threatened to have security trough us out of store. I have spent a lot of money with this company. But no more. And I'll make sure to let anyone and everyone I come across not to do business with them.
