I concur with what everyone else is saying - AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve been a customer of CBD Emporium for quite some time now through their online service so I get it shipped to my home here in Las Vegas (even though they have a physical location here, they sometimes don’t have the specific CBD tinctures I’m looking for.) I recently placed an online order for 4 CBD tinctures and Josh with CBD Emporium contacted me right away regarding their inventory being off and only having 3 of 4 CBD tinctures I ordered. Josh immediately offered to provide 2 different flavors of the same CBD tinctures PLUS the 3 they had left for a total of 5 - without my even asking. You can get CBD items from all sorts of different places, physically and online but don’t hesitate and order from CBD Emporium.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I went here slightly skeptical with zero knowledge about CBD whatsoever, as a last ditch effort to try a different approach to get my mental health back in order before having to go back on all of those pharmaceuticals that doctors are so quick to prescribe. My nervousness about having no idea what to ask for was immediately eliminated the second I started talking to their employee Jake. He was AMAZING! His compassion and understanding for my situation was so genuine and made me feel incredibly understood within minutes! He knew exactly which products I needed to get started on this new healthy regiment. I never once felt like I was being “sold” on anything, it was a natural feeling of being “helped” instead. His passion for peoples wellness was very apparent from the moment I walked in the door. I highly recommend requesting to speak with Jake at the 16th street location, you won’t be disappointed! Also, after only one week I’m already feeling so much better and clear minded from these CBD products. Thanks Jake and CBD Emporium for making me a believer in a natural holistic approach to my health and well-being!

I've had trouble sleeping lately and my dog has major anxiety so I read up on CBD. This store is awesome. Jake was phenomenal, informative and so helpful. I came home with a goodie bag full of CBD for both me and my doggie and Jake threw in a seltzer drink. This stuff is a bit pricey, but they had some great discounts that day. I slept like a baby last night! Bliss. My dog seems pretty chill as well. I will definitely return.

Sam helped me out so much! He is so knowledgeable and down to earth! He was able to help me find what I needed for me and my grandfather who has arthritis. Even though I’ve used cbd for multiple years Sam was able to still provide me with helpful tips I didn’t know. Definitely will be back for Sams assistance and for the stores cbd selection.

I highly recommend CBD Emporium. I have been going to the Paradise Valley Mall for almost a year to their store. The one on Bethany Home is a lot closer.
