Has anyone else noticed the reviews are written by the owners across all of their stores including the reviews from their sister location in a completely different state, you can find better product and people that actually at real dispensaries rather than excuse for a business. Update 01/23/2023: After not returning to this establishment for over a year, the owner yelled at me for writing a honest review. To which in writing it took heavy debate in doing so but the unprofessionalism of how the owner of the business reacts to the truth being wrote is highly childish. Originally he fired me for taking breaks as a hourly employee. To which in demanding for his keys back upon the day he fired me I asked for my paycheck to which he physically put his hands on me. To my knowledge he does legally have to pay me upon firing me. Shopping somewhere and/or working for this business is not recommended if the owner acts like this for someone writing a honest review from the inside source.

The staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Modie was extremely helpful and gave me a sample which I already feel helping. Every time I've gone the staff is able to give tons of details and make personal recommendations. During every experience, I've always been treated as a person and not a potential sale. If you are interested in cbd and similar products, this is the place.

Purchased CBD tincture for cancer relief. Very promising and showing great promise with first use. Staff knowledgeable and helpful.

Very knowledgeable staff. They helped me get what I needed to have a better night of sleep. I been to a few places in springs. I prefer their products over the rest.

Extremely knowledgeable. I have a dog with seizures. The manager listened to my story and the intricate details which were relevant, and my dog, whose seizures are extremely violent, went from a dozen seizures per month with medication, down to one. I'm extremely grateful. Very personable service on top. 5 stars.

Gentleman was great and very informative about everything. I’m new to the CBD/Kratom stuff so I figured first tries would be great but I was pretty misinformed. Might just be how my body takes things but there wasn’t a single effect I got from what I was described. I bought a day Kratom can drink and the nighttime drink because I was told that would do wonders and knock me out or at least mellow me out. Said I would be zoned and not hungry and feeling good. Then I was told to try out the shot that is basically those two drinks combined and the amount of hype convinced me to get that too. I drank both the day and night cans and when I didn’t feel anything I drank the shot as well. I might have gotten a little tired maybe but that’s it. Nothing against the place but I’d say maybe tone down the hype on things because being it was my first experience I was very disappointed.

Extremely friendly staff willing to educate about their products in a non-pushy way!! I can tell their main goal is to help people, not sell products.

CBD Life in Colorado Springs is top notch, high quality without completely breaking the bank! I would definitely recommmend! CBD Life experience exceeded my expectations and then some!! There's a great atmosphere in the store and chill overall feeling 😎 The store offers a wide varety of products, is extremely clean and well put together/organized, and has great customer service personalities that are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind staff! Best of all, they actually really genuinely care about their clients and their pain/ailments by finding some way to truly help their clients. They focus on differe t ways to effectively address concerns properly by offering a broad spectrum;) and different variations of ways to address specific issues.

A few years ago they saved me as I had a compression fracture in my back. The only way I could be without pain was thanks to CBD OIL!! Fast forward, I’m in need again... I would recommend JP and his staff to EVERYONE!!!! Thank you for being there and the knowledge you hold!!!!

I wanted to take a moment to express myself regarding your Old Colorado City location I had visited on January 10th. Your store came highly recommended based on your Google reviews, however upon entering the store, I was extremely displeased with my initial experience. The store looked like a tornado went by while the doors were open to the location. There were a ton of dried leaves covering the floor. The poor gentleman who was there was hurriedly attempting to clean up and was profusely apologizing for the mess while holding a Christmas tree. As I had entered the store shortly after opening time, one can only assume that the condition of the store was there prior to his arrival. I let him know that I did not blame him for the condition of the store and that I would return later to allow him time to clean things up. When I returned a couple of hours later, the store looked very clean and tidy. The gentleman working there (He said his name was James) again apologized for the condition of the store earlier and promptly asked how he could assist me. I had several questions regarding Kratom and CBD usage for pain management. He was absolutely fantastic and was able to answer every single one of my questions without hesitation. Having worked in retail myself for many years, it would appear that your janitorial staff or closing employee(s) is not performing up to par as one would expect. While I am by no means in a position to tell you how you should run your business, I feel it would be in the best interest of your customers to ensure a clean and tidy location prior to closing the store so the employees can focus on the customers rather than cleaning. Additionally, please thank James once more for me for his wonderful helpfulness! He has given me a lot to think about regarding my pain management and it was much appreciated. Thank you.
