Rode my bike here from work, out of my way, on a Saturday (10/1) night and when I got there they were already locked up…I checked my phone and it was 9:55. The two staff members acknowledged me outside, but wouldn’t take my business. I waited until they closed at 10pm, while they stood there. Very poor service. Long time customer and it was a let down. I will continue to rely on other vendors online for Kratom.

Will and Azalea were so helpful to me and my grandma. Highly recommend this place. They are so smart and caring

Do not buy any flower from this place. I bought some flower and it immediately turned to dust when I tried to break it up. Very very very dry and very poor quality. I am very upset at this business bc they wouldn’t give me a refund for their terrible flower. I asked them if they have had complaints before and they said they have had many complaints but they won’t pull the flower from their shelves. Terrible business. Would never return.

Lex, Azalea,Cosmo And Khristine are the real deal. Not only doing they know everything about CBD,THC and other cannabinoids, they will always leave you laughing and smiling The Clark location always provides 10/10 customer service every single time.

Kristy was friendly as all of your employees are. She was also very helpful in finding the right product and dosage for my girlfriend’s anxiety issues.

I honestly cannot believe how knowledgeable and helpful your associate Lex is. Any question I had was answered with such a grounded response. Lex is truly a gem because of their innate hospitality. Everything I purchased has helped me tremendously already in such a short amount of time. I will be returning to this location the next time I visit Chicago because of this magical experience.

I have visited CBD Kratom Andersonville since I moved here, and from the very moment I set foot in the shop, I was greeted with courtesy, and top notch knowledge of all the product in the store. Azalea, has helped me from Edibles, to Tinctures, Kratom, to Bath Bombs, and even a dog harness and leash. No matter the question, she was always able to answer promptly, accurately, and above all, never made me feel inferior, due to my lack of knowledge. Glad I decided to shop with CBD Kratom, and as a first time customer I was very satisfied with Kristy's expertise. She recommended the extra strength caramels and it has definitely helped me on days that I' am under stress, or just simply having a very overwhelming day. I really like the extra strength caramels and will definitely be back for more when needed.

I had such an awesome experience stopping by this place on a whim. Cosmo took such incredible care explaining the ins and outs of CBD and the various forms it comes in. I walked in off the street today looking for more information on what CBD products would be good for someone who wants to stay away from smoking pot. Haven't slept in a while and Cosmo was amazingly knowledgeable in explaining how CBD works. Fantastic service from some of the friendliest people around. You can buy CBD anywhere but do yourself a service and come here.
