I went from skeptical to full believer. I stopped in to Your CBD store in Braintree a little over a month ago. I was having some shoulder pain from arthritis and was trying to do anything short of surgery to help my pain. Having read about other people's success with CBD I wanted to get some but was leery of getting ripped off buying it online. I had zero knowledge of CBD but Lyn gave me a complete rundown of how it all works in about 10 mins. Before she started explaining it all to me she asked if I was experiencing shoulder pain at that time. I said I was and she gave me a sample of the topical lotion to rub on it so I could see if I liked how it worked. Again, I was skeptical but willing to try it. After about 3 mins the pain had lessened quite a bit and I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Long story short, I ended up buying topical lotion, oil tincture drops and CBD for my old arthritic dog also.(Bacon flavor and it really seems to help her too) Lyn explained the oil takes about 2 weeks to really get into your system for full effect. After 2 weeks my pain was reduced to a very dull ache. My pain was around a 6/10 and on my mind all day. After just 2 weeks it was reduced to a 2/10 and not on my mind hardly at all. Now, after one full month it pains just about gone. It under 1/10 !!! I'm so happy and tell anyone who'll listen about how well it works. Its a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. It works! The bottle of oil drops was a 30 day supply of you took 1/2 of a dropper twice a day. Lyn recommend I start with 1/4 of a dropper twice a day and adjust if necessary. I have been doing the 1/4 dropper twice daily and it's working great so the bottle will last 2 months! I have hardly even used the topical because I no longer need the instant relief because the pains now gone! I have used it occasionally on other aches and it always works. Bad experience . I went there to get my daughter cbn oil for sleeping. The guy was not helpful, and got real mad when I tried to cancel the transaction. Very unprofessional . Definitely lost a customer

I was referred to your CBD store Braintree by a close friend because my daughter who is autistic, suffers from a myriad of issues because of her condition. Anxiety, agitation, insomnia, which in turn drives behavioral maladies. She has been taking prescription medications since she was quite young, to alleviate these symptoms. But they never worked as over time, she'd build tolerances to them when they were no longer effective. Increasing dosages was just a bandaid that didn't last long. She received another diagnosis recently, but it took relentless research and dogged advocacy on her behalf to get it and in the meantime, she began to develop insomnia. I went into Your CBD Store- Braintree to learn about something I don’t know much about. As soon I stepped inside, Lyn and Jason welcomed me in with open arms! Lyn walked me through each item in the showroom, explaining in detail about all the products and simplifying the terminology. I decided to try a water soluble and the hard candy, which came in handy with my son who has been diagnosed with unspecified anxiety and struggles with sensory preferences. The morning of an all day event, I put a recommended drop (after discussing with Lyn) of the water soluble in his water ( he didn’t even notice the taste - it’s very faint) anticipating a difficult day being around a large number of people. When getting in the car to leave for the day, my son started having a difficult time, screaming, crying and punching his car seat. I gave him a piece of the hard candy I bought which Amazingly worked in 7 minutes! Prior to my purchase, I was anticipating on calling my Husband that day to pick up my 5 year old. Not only did he last all day calmly, he was social and even the loud sirens and horns from the “touch a truck” right across from our vendor table did NOT bother him once! I purchased the broad spectrum CBD cream and while it did not provide any relief for me, Jason was very helpful in assisting me with a return as I did not have my initial receipt. The owner was very eager to take back the product upon finding out I wasn’t satisfied the 5 star rating is solely due to the professionalism, promptness and kindness everyone displayed.
