I love this place ! The mass Apothecary is gonna be your last stop to shop instead of running all around looking for what you need. There a small business that is growing but a very personlized business. They really care ! I ordered a couple of things and to my surprise I was sent some free gifts. Stuff that I normally would have not bought like the Delta rice crispies because I usually vap. But to my surprise had tryed it and loved it so for now on that's going to be part of my order. Also I got a real handwritten letter attached to my order slip for thanking me for my purchase. Really I should be thanking them and did. I reached out to Derek and told him how happy I was with him and Corrine the other owner that to even more to my surprise got a thank u answer back . I want to firstly say that the man who called me, I believe he was the owner, was very prompt in reaching out to me about a backorder on my purchase and he was very nice and professional about the conversation while being very friendly. Secondly I would like to say that my products came in good condition and I loved everything. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to mention what I purchased (like specifics) but they were awesome.
