Amazing weed. Best in town. I give them four stars because they're hours of operation are very inconvenient. Have to skip dinner, or not work on a weekday to get your fix on any other day not Saturday. And Sunday closes early? That's stupid. That's the day people need their weekly fix the most.

I’ve been going to Reefers for about two years now and I am here writing a review on my experiences with the owners Judy and Josh, along with their employees here in both Cleveland stores Nathaniel @ the North Lee location has such a great skill helping you find exactly the best possible purchase of product!!! Anthony @ APD location has a great salesmanship skill also and will help you with most any questions you have about the product in store and even some of the legal legislation going through Tennessee..NOW I HAVE TO SAY DEZ IS A VERY AWESOME CUSTOMER SALES PERSON SHE WILL TRY BEYOND MEASURE TO MAKE YOU SATISFIED BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE…has this store always been the best place to go?? NO !! But for the last several months I’ve seen a change especially @ APB- 40 location… JUDY AND JOSH YOU BETTER KEEP THESE THREE EMPLOYEES and maybe even give them a raise because they’re going to take your business to a higher level….

This was my go to shop until I bought some dud gummies. I reached out to them to let them know. Instead of owning it and exchanging the product they passed the buck to the manufacturer who never contacted me. This was especially annoying since the clerk told me that several customers had complained about the same issue with this brand of gummies.

If you want a feel good birthday cake and Mamosa are the best I only smoke the good stuff also they have so many products for not only yourself but for dogs as well. Tried to use a coupon that had the expiration date of the day I went and was told they couldn't accept the coupon. I've never in my life heard of a coupon expiring the day before the date on the coupon. Such a small thing, I know, but when you add in their very high prices, a discount is a must while shopping here. Before this experience I was a pretty loyal customer and would stomach the high prices, but after this, I'm taking my business two stores down the street to Snapdragon, was literally a third off the price of flower alone compared to Reefers.

Love love love love love this place, absolutely my favorite store. I spend WAY too much money in there. Every person in that store is so kind, they know what they are talking about, the suggestions are always on point. Customer service is amazing!! One complaint and it's just a tiny one. The flowers are a "steamy" like almost sticks 🤣. Still love the place and will continue to spend all my money there! Edit: 4/9/22 Not going to go into detail. The person working was extremely rude. I usually have a fantastic shopping experience, however after this visit I will never come back again. There are plenty of dispensaries with quality products. Who also understand how customer service works.

First time in store on N. Lee. Friend purchased Krypto Chronic Indica Delta 8-10 Saucey disposable cartridge @ $40. Get up the road .25 mi. and realize the product doesn’t have a safety cap, is empty, and has a tooth pick in the box! Immediately call the store, convey the issue, and told to bring it back. The Rep grabs a replacement off wall, and that too has the SAME issue!!! Rep grabs a 3rd out of case, and it’s good. Told that it must have happened from the manufacturer. I can’t make this stuff up lol. Given they are subject to random govt. audit, steep fines, and legal action, one would think they would better inspect products being sold?! Other than that, Rep was very knowledgeable and helpful.
