Credit where credit is due to the workers. I bought a pen and cart and dropped it when I got home and the cart broke apart when it was dropped. Apparently this is a known issue with the Reserved brand carts, but I was informed that they aren't allowed to replace or anything despite that.

I have been a loyal customer of cbd plus since they opened they have an amazing store and products and up till now iv never had a problem....till I came in tonight and the 2 little girls working was helpful at first but when I asked why the price went up on the anchored brand carts from 30 to 35 and I mentioned everywhere else that has the same product is still $30 but I was being convinced that the prices haven't changed when I know it wasn't true and after a few weird looks and snickers when I got in my car the workers was laughing and looking out the window.. I couldn't believe what I was seeing cbd plus always has a great staff and amazing helpful management so it was disappointing and made me feel very unwelcomed...other then that great place!

Oh my goodness this store is so clean and the staff really knows their stuff. The woman that took care of me, her name is Paris, is super friendly and was extremely patient with my mom, who didn’t know anything about cbd lol, this is the only cbd plus that I go to simply because the kindness and cleanliness of the store.
