Most of the people that work here are absolutely lovely, super friendly and helpful! I love coming here, however I have now had two negative experiences with ‘Chris’ that have been less than ideal. The second experience was today, I walked into the store with my partner to grab a coil for his new vape. We brought the mod and tank in with us so that we could make sure we would buy the correct coil, when ‘Chris’ asked what coil we needed we tried to explain that we didn’t know, but instead of being helpful, ‘Chris’ replied “you don’t know what coil goes in your vape?” And then scoffed at us. Less than ideal, we still love this shop but avoid ‘Chris’ if possible. He’s snarky and pushy on expensive items instead of listening to what we want to buy.

I went today and got a vape and walked out and turned back around as I walked out the door bc the one I opened didn’t work they guy told me there was nothing he can do bc I went out the door. Needless to say I won’t be back and other places I’ve checked the prices of their vape are WAY over priced.
