I’ve unfortunately struggled with substance abuse/alcohol dependency most of my life. Been visiting this location on and off for a while now trying to find the right product that can and will work. John and Bryan are amazing!! They care about my situation and always go out of their way to find a product that helps not only cravings, but certain products that can help long term. Am finally finding a good balance with my overall health and product consumption. Thank you guys for everything, keep helping people that are trying to help themselves! ❤️

By far my favorite place around to get all of my thc products. They have an amazing selection of consumable products as well a wide array of smoking accessories. The staff is always super kind and helpful with any questions you might have. Plus, the vibe of the shop is always on point!

I visited the dispensary on Christmas Eve with only $30 to spare. I was helped by Sean who was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and generous in his portioning (this the season). They have a great selection from lower end D8s to high end THC-A at the best prices I've found out of the several shops I've been to in the area. I swear that I'm an actual customer, I've just been blown away by kindness and quality and want to make sure everyone knows that this is the place to be. Since my visit, I have had a very Merry Christmas and will certainly have a Happy New Year. I hope you do the same.

Seguin Botanicals has fantastic customer service. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about each product they sell. The Delta 8 gummies are absolutely fabulous and have helped tremendously with my insomnia!

Gruene Botanicals is the most knowledgeable, welcoming, beautiful staff. That being said, don't be expecting 5 star treatment from the staff should you come in acting like a fool. This is a professional business ran by a professional owner. This establishment has done wonders for it's community from hosting car shows to hosting amazing concerts. That's right, they hosted Afroman, Devin the Dude, and Audic Empire, and I'm sure they have done even more. I look forward to seeing large this shop will grow.

Absolutely by far, hands down, the best CBD store not just in New Braunfels, but in the entire state! Needed to get some CBD for my wife because she has fibromyalgia, couldn't afford it at the time and the owner told me, "go ahead and take it and pay me next week"! I couldn't believe it, he said he'd rather have someone who really needs it than having it just sitting on the shelves! Super nice guy! Thanks again my friend, see ya soon!
