It's just too bad that the people who run Rapid City's Summer Nights make it so difficult to park on 7th Street when you try to shop after 3:00 when it clearly states no parking after 3:30 and yet I was there at 3:00 and had to park almost two blocks away, because they blocked the parking spaces early. Two weeks in a row now.
I personally believe they should move to Main Street Square and stop blocking the streets downtown. If nothing else stop blocking spots earlier than the posted times.
