I deal with chronic insomnia as a side-effect of getting a Traumatic Brain Injury, while in service to our nation as a Soldier. I had been prescribed many medicines as a result of sleeplessness, depression, anxiety, stress. I picked out the Blue Raspberry (PM) Gummies. I just took one of the gummies at bed time, and I fell into a comfortable, quiet, restful sleep, without any nightmares or other PTSD related issues; No night sweats, night terrors, or anything else negative. I am VERY grateful, and HIGHLY recommend the Blue Raspberry (PM) gummies for those who want to find a solution to their insomnia, stress, anxiety, and aches and pains.
