I placed an order via phone. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions; the items were shipped promptly. I have been using the hemp for an inflamed colon and the topical cream for strained muscles. The cream came half empty - must have been at the end of the run. I contacted the owner and he refunded the purchase price. Great experience and product.
