Tokers is a great store love the decor ( yard gnomes ) people are very knowledgeable friendly and helpful with your selections. Products are top shelf and are reasonably priced. Thank for sharing the information products and taking the time to explain how they affect the body. Noticed they are opening a new store near food lion on Lamar Alexander parkway. I've been shopping at Tokers for about a year now. Josh usually takes care of me and he is so kind and intelligent. I'm an old hippie and there is alot to learn about the industry. The health benefits I have enjoyed are phenomenal. My blood pressure is normal now and I am able to sleep for the first time in years. Thank you Tokers and Josh!

I heard great things about this place and was very excited to try it out! 5 stars for the inventory, 0 stars if I could for customer service. It makes me very disappointed to even make a bad review, everyone who’s left one all seem like they had a great experience! This was my first visit to any dispensary, I was recommended by two people that come often. I will say, the employee did greet herself to us when we first arrived and asked if we were looking for anything in particular, she seemed polite. I got to enjoy the back half of the store in peace but was followed and watched like a hawk with a very hateful demeanor at the CBD/hemp side of the store without a single word spoken from her like we were thieves, which made for a very uncomfortable interaction. I thought by her coming over, maybe she’d ask if we had any questions. She stood and stared like I had slipped something in my wallet. I immediately left after. I hope other employees know better custom service than what I received today. Again, it’s truly disappointing to leave this review with all the great ones behind me!

Really love this place, and the staff is super friendly. I am giving 4 stars specifically on pricing for THCA. An ounce of THCA is $380 with a debit card at Toker's, but I can get an ounce of THCA for $220 at Sweet Leaf, which is right next to Walmart. There is no difference on the quality of bud between the two that I've seen, so it seems like this company is really trying to overcharge their customers to increase their profit. If you are one to buy in bulk like myself, and I've spent over $2,000 at Toker's easily since their launch, I would recommend going to Sweet Leaf. That being said, Sweet Leaf's staff is super rude and does not like it if you buy that much at once, so there's a bit of a trade off there.

Josh and Ryan are some of the smartest budtenders I've ever got to deal with, and I've never had a problem with anyone there. Tokers also has really good deals if you buy in smaller quantities. Overall, it's one of the most respectable companies around, and the owner treats her staff with some of the best respect I've ever seen. The only issue I have is the $160 difference between an ounce at one store and an ounce right down the road. I will say thay Toker's also usually never runs out, which has been a problem at Sweet Leaf. Overall, just use good financial judgement if you decide to buy in bulk, but Toker's is a great business for most.

Update: That's honestly the most humble answer ever, and for that, I'm upping this rating to five stars.

Very friendly people enjoy talking with them.
For the most part I enjoy going there but it seems that they move to their new location in Maryville Tennessee off of the 321 people are more edgy and kind of have an attitude there they're old location they were very friendly very nice to talk with but my second time going to the new location and there's a black lady that works there and she seems to have an attitude I'm not sure what the problem is but if you can't talk to somebody or recurious and enjoy what you do and enjoy the customers and you need to find another job.
I already found a better place to get what I need.. I go to Sweet leaf.. in Alcoa

I thought pot was illegal in TN, boy does it smell like a lot of pot there. Not the best service in just trying to find CBD with zero THC. called first and was told they have it, but no they don't.

Great people who really know their products! They're at a huge new location now at 1703-A East Lamar Alexander in the Browns Creek shopping Center.

As always Josh and the crew always have a large knowledge on every product. Always great at recommendations and always a nice vibe! Why I stay going back!
