Smoking Joe Tobacco Oak Ridge

I recently found this store. Absolutely love this place. Just stopped in for the first time and it's amazing. I love the disposable vape, Pipe, and Cigars choices. They have the biggest selection and cheaper price. Manager and employees are Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and awesome customer service. Definitely my new smoke shop.

Don't recommend this store. They do not stand behind their product. Made a purchase a few days ago. Bought 4 different items. One of the Blue e cigarette didn't work. Went to return the one that didn't work. Was told by the man behind the counter I had to see the manager next week. I had to come in when he is there. This should be taken care of during the operation of their store hours. When I asked why do they not give you a receipt, he replied I have to ask for one. No customer service is shown here at all. I don't have time to hunt down the manager. I will not return here again. Wanted to warn others not to make the mistake of spending their hard earned money here.

Long time customer here. New owner is terrible. Dude is very rude and condescending. He thinks he's better than everyone else because he drives a Tesla. He's raised the prices on everything, personally for me he raised the prices on everything and is now price gouging. I won't be returning to this store anymore. I've been a customer for over 15 years, but this was very disappointing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!

Very disappointed with my service. You get to goin to a shop regularly, small shop with not a lot of employees, you frequent it, youve been carded the first time or two, but they know who you are. The older gentleman is very kind and helpful. The owners of the store have some other ideas about customer service which is much less than satisfactory. Ive been in there plethora of times, with the male owner there as well as the old man, the owner sees him not card me, simply because the older gentleman already had, more than once in the past. Ive seen the owner previously, same case nothing. The one day when Ive lost my wallet, after countless times, they refuse to serve me because I dont have a physical copy of my ID, waiting on a new one of course. However, I happen to have clear front and back photos of my ID which they then refuse to accept. The older gentleman is the only person there that knows anything about good customer service, let alone any form of hospitality or welcomeness. Sure the prices are cheap, so are the owners. If you want a smoke shope that cares, go to evolve. The only reason to go to smokin joes, is strictly for tobacco products. No pipes, water pipes, wraps, etc should be bought at this location. I may never shop here again. If I do, Ill make sure the old man is working. Old man if you read this, Im truly sorry you work for cold hearted people. You are a pleasure to do business with and I appreciate you. I have been for years of legal age. I dont look prepubescent in the face either. All that just to make me go to a different smoke shop. Joke is on them anyway. I was in the mood to spend money money. They lack of welcome, hospitality, and straight up refusal, caused me to go spend hundreds at other stores because they had much better selection and was just more tailored to my needs, as well as more hospitable. (Evolve Smoke Shop, 1533 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge, TN 37830), I ended up spending over $100, because I wanted to be sold on some products and Blue was nice enough to stand and talk to me and my partner. I only went in to spend about 40-50, it just goes to show how good customer service can really bring out the profit of a sale.

I bought 2 cigars that cost over $10 each from their humidor. When I got home and vee cut them, both of them crumbled apart and the wrapper came off the cut end. They were either old or just dried out.

I LOVE this place,the new owners have changed things up all in good ways! The pretty new floors and all the fantastic stuff in the cabinets makes any and all smokers and vapers happy.
My go to spot for all my tobacco CBD and delta8 products.

I love this place. Friendly, clean, and they've got everything. All kinds of cigarettes, tobacco, tobacco pipes, kratom, vapes, vapes fluids... Prices for any price range. The kratom is some of the most affordable I've found, with lots of varieties, both powder and capsule.

The staff is friendly and the store is nice and clean. They have the best price for what I buy. Ill continue to stop in there if I'm in the neighborhood.

I was worried when they recently changed owner's, but it's as great as ever & they now carry a wide selection of other items like vape sticks, cbd/delta 8, and even beer! Highly recommend!!😊
They have a convenient drive thru, but unless you know exactly what you want, I'd go inside to check out their huge selection

We want Penny back it's not the same without her you should have given her more hours she is a hard worker she deserves better treatment and given full hours with a raise some good customers have changed to another store because she wasn't treated right.
