With ALL things CBD all the rage, and the pain that goes along with leading an active life and simply growing older, and after hearing from all my friends (men and women alike) I decided it was worth a try. We own a second home in Dorset VT and had heard from my golfing/tennis friends that THE place to stop was Vermont Hemp Farmacy. I had been told to ask for the owner, but I was told she was unavailable, so instead I spoke with Zana. She was delightful; sweet gentle, kind, she listened to me before making any suggestions. Her expertise guided me through so much information that, for the first time ever, I was finally able to grasp. The product she sold me came with a guarantee, so like she said, I had nothing to lose. Suffice it to say, not only will I not be retiring the Champlain Valley Organics Pure CBD tincture that I purchased, I’ll be picking some gifts up before we depart. If there is a down side to this establishment, the only one I can come up with, it’s that the sign is very hard to see. On the up-side, you like me, might be glad about that in the end since it gives it more of a small-time, personalized, just-for-you, “look at this little hidden away treat”.
Side note - the owner, Jill, did come down before I left. I’m glad she did. She was as genuine as everyone told me she’d be.

She explained things in such a way that made it all so much easier to understand & digest. I wish you and your businesses the very best success. From the outside you’d NEVER GUESS what this place looks like on the INSIDE! The shop is jam packed with all your Cbd needs in every possible delivery method from so many producers, including a great selection of Vermont Products, they even sell products that come with a guarantee! As for knowledge these guys are on their game! I couldn’t believe how much time they were willing to dedicate to each of us individually. I left there with more knowledge than I had gathered from several trips to several shops and even facilities.

The most wonderful small quaint place for all your CBD products. The owner Jill is more than knowledgeable on CBD products and is always willing to help you meet your needs. People and pets. I love the fact she sells Vermont products. I for one love supporting the state that has always been my home. You always get A+ service. Becca in the Bennington store is also more than knowledgeable and is also always willing to help with your needs. She's also such a kind and sweet person. Jill and Becca just plainly make you feel comfortable.

I love this store!! always has what i am looking for. Store is very nice and the owner jill is helpful and very knowledgeable. I have bought multiple products from this store including 3 leaf buddy batteries. One of the batteries didn't work, i brought it back later and jill replaced it no problem. I highly reccomend going to this shop for all your smoke needs.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I have learned that CBD oil with Tumeric and Ginger is great for aches and pains. The staff is friendly and kind and really take the time to explain things to you. I know someone who got the CBD oil to help with sleeping and that person is also very happy. You won't be disappointed.

In an industry that is in its infancy I can confidently say THIS shop has a serious jump on all the others I’ve been to. Square footage isn’t much, maybe 600sq ft if I had to guess, but the selection is superb. They have some brands that offer guarantees, and that sold me on Mettawee Valleys salve, for pain in knee and upper arms. They explained that the results of stimulating the ECS can take days or weeks even, but it turns out I was one of the lucky ones that found relief instantly. I will be returning.

After seeing their online discourse in response to a few online reviews, their lack of professionalism has deterred me from becoming a customer despite the fact I have been seeking out local cbd and hemp products. As a business, to respond to negative reviews as they did on facebook is a red flag. The chalk boards are funny, but your own commentary on the post was unprofessional and took it a step too far.

Edit: A business is more than the products it offers. Branding and marketing of a business is reflected in how the employees and owners act and respond to any type of adversity, such as customer conflicts, a poor review, and handling of social media. Seeing as a social media business page is intended to market to potential new customers and keep current customers in the loop, it is a perfectly viable way to decide whether or not to use a service, purchase a product, or support a business. Professional boundaries should apply, even on the internet.
