Customer service was beyond extraordinary. I came to the store to by batteries for my new vape, the store I bought it from sold me a vape with no batteries smh! Beyond that, the two store reps educated me on my new device and provided me with the batteries I needed to vape. While I was in the store I brought up the reason I bought a new vape in the first place. My old vape was leaking and I just wanted to buy a new pod. Nobody had it so I had to buy a new one. Thankfully ThickerCloudz had the pod I needed to also keep using my old vape. So if only I would have chosen them first. They would have saved me money and I would have received the customer service and chose of products I needed. I implore you choose Thicker Cloudz as your destination for vape and other various products. Thank you again, I’ll return soon to get assistance with any vape needs and concerns I have.
