Poor Quality Disappointing

Friendly staff, cheep glass. Bought a nail and the first time I put any kind of heat on it, it cracked. I also bought a banger from here and that broke very easily. Paid a decent price for them both so super disappointed

Poor Customer Service Redemption Issues Unsatisfied Customer

Very poor customer service. My husband came here to use a groupon I had purchased. He got the screenshot of the groupon and said that it has to be redeemed in order for them to validate it. I had the original groupon so while my husband was being instructed by the cashier on what to do while I was on the phone with him The cashier told him for me to hit the redeem button and sent the screenshot to my husband then she called somebody and told my husband to wait. Because my husband was there for almost an hour already just trying to figure out this groupon I told him I will just go there so she could physically see the groupon and validate the Groupon. When I got in the store, I showed her the groupon that she told my husband for me to redeem, then tells me she cant help me and there is nothing she can do about it. And when I explained to her and showed her the redemption she said she has to do it herself. I explained that she was the one who asked for me to hit the redeem button now she wont accept it because she said she have to do it not me. She called the owner and Sent a pic of the of the before and after pic of the groupon and she said the date of redemption is not today and cant accept it because she needed a time stamp on the redemption. When I clicked the groupon on my phone I showed her the time stamp she was asking for and still refused to do it. And just told me to call the manager or owner tomorrow or call groupon to get my refund. She explained that if I call groupon they should be able to refund it because the code she put in earlier was not validated even if it shows redeemed on my groupon.

Her demeanor simply demonstrates lack of judgement and very poor customer service and I will not come back to this establishment because to me when you are in customer service you will not let any customer leave unsatisfied especially when part of it was their fault.

Poor Quality Bad Customer Service No Refunds

I bought an ooze blunt slider today. Came home and packed it and it shattered and I have been told I cannot bring it back. This is wrong. So be aware if you break your glass before you use it it is on you. They will not replace glass.

Expensive Overpriced

Gave it more than one star strictly because of the awesome selection of stuff. Other than that it's a pricey place to be. I figured I'd buy a grinder you can get a tiny itsy bitsy one for $10 maybe $15 but most of them are $30-$40. I like the bowls and bongs but they just want too much for their pieces. Some of which are very exotic and cool to be honest.

Poor Quality Bad Customer Service Refusal to Refund

This was my first time I visited their shop and I was excited cause they had different varieties of tobacco. Unfortunately I bought a Fronto leaf and when I opened the pack it had mold on it. I try to return it and get my money back but they refused and told me they will only exchange it for the same brand of leaf. So i had no choice to get a leaf I didnt not want and when I open the new pack it still had mold. The lady said it happens a lot. So I don’t understand why they could let me choose another product with them same value or just give me my money back. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! They are trying to tell me that it is not mold and to look it up.L. And the same thing that came up on google was on the Fronto leaf. And again if I didn’t like a product that I spent my hard working money on the least they could of done was give me my money back or exchange it for something with the same value with a product that I wanted.

Terrible Customer Service Unhelpful Staff Waste of Money

Customer service is terrible. Don't bother asking questions most of the people there dont have any clue what there selling and most of the staff is useless. Horrible expierence. You'll end up wasting Money on products you can't even use properly.
