They're nice and friendly. Bought 2 smods on a Sunday and the first worked but the 2nd was very dead. Called about it and they said they could only give me a discount off another because people would bring back used pens. The mouth piece of the pen is white and if you look inside you could tell if it's been used or not. Oh yeah that was my first experience there. I still have the dead pen also.

Great custumer service! When their competition said they would order more of what I buy regularly and didn't, I gave Ivy a try. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for either, but promised me they would get it. Came back and they had custom ordered it for me for a much cheaper price than anywhere in town or online. Staff is always so nice. They've gained a regular customer. Just ask them to order what you are looking for, they'll follow through. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome!! There was a mess up with the delivery of my package and it wasn't Ivy's fault and it was sent back. About an hour after I received the notice someone from Ivy called and told me she was going to mail another package for me right then so I didn't have to wait for them to mail it back. This wasn't really their fault and I was dreading having to call Monday because I wouldn't imagine a place dealing with something like this on a Saturday around 6. I think that is going above and beyond and I really appreciate that kind of customer appreciation, I'll call it. Makes me want to keep coming back and want to wish them good luck what they are doing and keep up the good work and good things surely will happen.
