Great staff. Cute store. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about products for pets as well as humans. The person who waited on us was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the parking is a little difficult to navigate. This is no fault of the store but it does affect the overall experience. We will definitely back.

I really like this place and the people who work there are very helpful. It’s beautifully set up and has a nice variety. BUT check the expiration dates for anything you buy. I came home from this store on Sunday and noticed that the capsules I bought had an expiration date of last month. When I called the store, the lady I talked to said they “just got those” and “it’s not an expiration date”.

I really enjoy and am greatful for this place. Personable and knowledgeable staff! They helped me find products for me and my dog. Pure and high quality products! CBD has helped greatly with my anxiety and even acne. I see an improvement as well with my dog's social and seperation anxiety.

The staff is so super helpful and educated! Cute shop with more CBD products than I've ever seen anywhere else. The selection is amazing and having the ability to talk to a person who knows all about the products is a huge plus.

At first I really loved this store so much so that I would come to purchase something from them once a week. They have great products, great selection, polite and knowledgeable staff.

However, I was sold a product that didn't contain what was advertised. When I attempted to return the product, the cashier had a conversation with the store manager on the phone that lead me to believe they thought I was lying.

We can buy this stuff online, but we come for the customer service. I am not shopping at a place that treats me as if I have an integrity problem when I am sold something defective.

Customer Service huh.......When I came to the store to return your patch that didn't have the actual patch in it. The questions that were asked were accusatory in nature. They were not trying to determine or discover the nature of my dissatisfaction, but the sincerity of what I was saying. She then called her manager and talked about me where again the tone was that of disbelief (as if I couldn't possibly be telling the truth). She even made a comment that could only be connected to a statement where the belief was that I wasn't being honest about not having received the actual product. It's scary to me that you think that's how it's supposed to be when a customer has to make a return.

My favorite part of this whole thing is you never once asked what you could do better, guess you were too busy defending your staff's choice to make it seem as though I was trying to get a free patch. Here's a thought maybe talking about the customer in front of the costumer isn't the greatest idea. Maybe check to see the patch is actually in the package before selling it to someone. After all it is hand packed (yeah I called the manufacture and those patches are hand packed and occasionally they miss one). There you go. I did your job for you and you got 20 dollars from me for nothing.

I don't think you're paying attention. You sold me a package that didn't have a product in it. Then your staff acted like I was lying about it when I tried to get what I paid for. And like a real pro you reinforced that behavior. Why would I remain a loyal customer and ever come back to your shop?
(That's a trick question. I am never coming back to your shop. Call me old fashioned but I like to spend my disposable income at establishments that actually value their customers. Saying it doesn't mean you actually do it........ something you clearly haven't figured out yet.)

I’ve been using CBD for years now, solely purchasing online from top rated stores. I’m selling one of my rental properties in the area and saw this store, which grabbed my attention immediately. I stopped inside & was helped by Sarah who was a tremendous help. She was very informative, friendly & honest. There was no up-sale pressure, nor did she ever give me a dishonest answer. She went above & beyond to answer my questions. There were a few other customers that came in to the store while I was there & I was in no rush so I let her assist them while I continued to look around. She helped everyone with the same gracious & helpful energy & explained to the ones who had no knowledge of CBD. I’ve heard & read tons of different explanations of what CBD is and what it does. Sarahs was the best of the lot; she hit the nail on the head with a very straight forward answer & how it works in connection with the human cannabinoid system.
Sarah also has a very strong story behind her with her medical history in which lead her to become such a enthusiast for the CBD industry. You can tell when your dealing with an average sales person who is in it solely for money; that by far was not the case with Sarah.
I highly recommend stopping by this store & learning about the product, as well as seeing the top shelf products that they carry as well.
Sarah, continue to share your passion, your story & your knowledge to others, your doing a fantastic job. I know you must be making your company very proud to have you there.

Life changing products!!! Great space with a beautiful aesthetic. Friendly employees and very fair prices. Anyone that’s experiencing pain or stress should check this place out and give CBD a try! 👍👍

Expert customer service that helped me understand which brands and products were best for me. I went in knowing very little about CBD and the worker was very helpful and patient in helping me find a product with no THC, and explained the different products and companies and the best way to pursue trying the product. The dude here was super cool and informative; precisely what you need when checking out a place you don't know much about.

This place has a TON of available products. A large array of straight up oils, and soaps, edibles, drinks, hygiene products, and materials that explain the benefits and effects of CBD. This is a legal substance at both the state and federal level, which was my main question and concern. Recommend asking the store about works best for you. Personally I tried the gummies out and I did feel a marginal relaxation and lightness within the hour after taking it, but it's hard to tell what is psychosomatic versus physiological effect (I think I'm getting those terms right).

Bottom line is that they have some substances and goods here that have zero even *trace* THC, meaning they wont make you accidentally have issues on a drug test and whatnot.
