Me and my family have been faithful customers here for close to 3 years ! Everyone who works here treats us like family...especially JULIA !! The products are amazing and the customer service is even more amazing. If you have never been here or are looking for the perfect CBD, novelty, etc. shop, RUN DON’T WALK to Area 51 :) we love them !

The young blonde lady was fantastic. Super helpful. I called about the hours. No hurry up or anything. I went in had super fast easy service. I needed a pcs after a mouth surgery. Had to smoke my "tobacco" to help me sleep. She was amazing!!

Trey is amazing!!! I purchased a vape device 5 days ago and dropped it around noon today...wanted to scream! I called to inquire about replacing the glass and did not think it was going to happen because they didn't have the part I needed at this location. I called back and spoke to Trey, who is incredibly knowledgeable to vaping and compatible parts. To my surprise, he found a compatible piece and had it sitting on the counter waiting when I walked in!!!! He was compassionate about my Monday-disaster, very understanding and has had this same scenario numerous times. Then he installed it and upgraded my band! Excellent customer service....I'm never going anywhere else. I love this store!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trey is my go-to man...BZ!

Not two weeks into buying a 200$ water pipe and the slide broke the stem.. sent email pics and everything and they told me I could get 25% off my next purchase. Are you kidding me you sell me bad glass the breaks in a week without a fall and you don’t replace your worthless mistake! Never shop here horrible glass and customer service!
