Excellent product and product knowledge. Most places seem to push their old or ageing product, claiming it's the"best" and it's on sale! Here they are honest about what they sell. And it is TOP NOTCH! and Joe is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet!

Clean, organized, wide variety, medically based, reasonable prices, and knowledgable staff. Im not familiar with prodcuts so I always need guidance on what to purchase, and they always fully listen to my needs and recommend the best product. They go above and beyond with their customer service. The location is great, great parking, and very secure space. They have my loyalty!

Pretty terrible customer service, no one greeted me, checked my ID, or even acknowledged me the entire time I was in there. I was there for about 10 minutes with 2 other customers and 4 employees so there is no excuse for the poor service. Very limited selection with prices leaving somthing to be desired, honestly you could get most of the flower and concentrates at 420west or green token for about 4 or 5 dollars cheaper. Walked out the door right in front of 2 employees without so much as a "goodbye" from them. I will most definitely not be returning.

They've got fair discounts with great pricing on quality flowers. Got a wide variety of products to not bore yourself day to day and once you get to know the budtenders, it gets to be more of a longer visit These guys always have good prices for good weed.

This is located rurally so traffic is never an issue. Access and parking are good. The shop is arranged in an area of three rooms with common area. The selection is displayed well enough for items that are not big sellers. The items that sell the most are behind the sales counter and not readily visible without assistance. When comparing the shops in a forty mile radius I find this shops prices to be above the middle to upper half of all. Some items are very expensive, and a few are bargains. Most shops have something low cost to attract customers. Is the "loss leader" ever what you actually want?

I called and asked if they took cards and they said no but they have an ATM on sight. Twenty minutes later I get there and they tell me their ATM is out of cash. Thanks for wasting my time and losing a potential customer northwest collective! Also the only reason they have a 4.8 overall rating is because they offer a discount if you give them a 5 star rating. My friend Ryan did and got $5 off a purchase.
