I go to this store frequently and every week I get ample service. The girls behind the counter are so friendly and good looking it's hard not to spend too much time there. I can always find the buds I'm looking for and since the workers in the store do their best to try out each strain, they are always able to give you some insight on your purchase.

I bought an oil cartridge here on Wednesday night. On Friday night I returned it because it was not functioning correctly. I bought a new one, and when I got home and tested it out I realized it didn't work properly as well. I went back that same day and returned it, and they were very helpful and respectful and helped me decide whether I should replace the battery or buy another cartridge. After working with one of the women in there and figuring out the issue, I ended up buying a new cartridge. Not only were they extremely helpful, but they were friendly and I felt like they cared what I thought. I ended up with a really dope cartridge that not only worked, but got me really stoned. They earned themselves a lifetime customer, thank you everyone at satori that helped me out.

I love Satori! I starting switching to this shop when it first came into town. Before i would switch between the other shops depending on which one better fit my needs. Im a huge fan of the Phat Panda preroll deals they always have. They do sell out by the end of the week, but they restock every week consistently. which i think is super nice especially with such a good deal. i love the 20% off check in discounts. they usually always have different deals for different needs and budgets. $10 grams. $35 eights. or super fire topshelf. always my top choice shop unless they run out. :)

All the Satori recreational marijuana stores are very well stocked and staffed for the most part. This satori has a generally helpful staff, but every once in a while you will get some college student that looks like he just rolled out of bed and put on the first thing he saw laying on the laundry room floor. Let me stress this is not absurdly common, but definitely reoccurring. The prices are all very normal and they have a good selection from top of the line bud and oil ($40 to $50 oil gram and $10 - $15 bud grams) to bottom shelf shake. I like this place, but I also respect good manners and bathing practices.

I used to love satori. I would go to all their locations in Spokane, Bellingham, and of course Pullman's location. I would go into the Pullman location daily and buy a jar of joints from budco. I had thousands of points and then one day their servers updated and all my points got deleted, same with my account. I went in FOUR times to try and get my profile fixed and they would always say we will call you once we figure it out. Here we are three months later and still no call. I did the calculations and I spent around $20k at all the satoris in one year ($74x 300+ days). Now they just lost my business like they "lost" my points. Do yourself the favor and go to KUSH 21 they actually know how to treat their customers.

The bud-tenders are knowledgeable and friendly. Satori works with growers that produce a affordable high quality buds. But best of all they're open Late!
