Great little business that's been around for years. Love that they have terrific product including a great assortment of edibles (e.g. Spot CBD chocolate). Love that the people who work here are diverse, as well as helpful and knowledgeable, well trained and supportive. We order ahead these days. Our dog is always welcome.

Always friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue I have is with the online ordering. I place it for easy pick up but 99% of the time, I have to "correct" the order that was pulled. I order a box of ten and they pull a single. It's getting kind of frustrating to have to "re-do" your own order because they pull the incorrect stuff constantly.

They accept medical green cards. The selection is always wide. No complaints. Plus, the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. They give good recommendations too.

I shop here frequently (5+ times a month). This evening I went to pickup an online order. I called ahead to confirm that my pickup. When I arrived the security guard signaled do not enter behind the window. I showed my order is ready for pick up notification on my phone, cash and ID in hand. He opened the door and said "We're closed now and we already have customers shopping here". I say "I received notification to pick up and called ahead to let you know I'd be there". He says to me "Sorry" and closes the door in my face.

I appreciate the consistent friendly service I receive everytime I walk into this establishment. Their selection isn't overwhelming, but is without a doubt always quality. Overall it is a genuinely positive experience everytime I visit.
On top of that, I just want to give some extra recognition to one of their budtenders Sam. His actions he takes on the sales floor makes it very transparent that he puts the customer first, and makes their experience a priority.
So thank you Sam and the rest of the shoreline dockside crew, I value good customer service and I am stoked that's what I know I will get when I give your establishment my business. If you're looking for a shop in the area, I definitely recommend!

Been a Dockside customer for years due to they're outstanding customer service. As of today I will no longer be shopping there due to a change to thier battery policy. I had a lifetime battery that they would no longer exchange. They phased them out but were allowing to exchange to a new style of battery but have discontinued doing that as well. I was shocked to find this out as I was in within the last 30 days to exchange another broken battery.

Shoreline Dockside is the only weed store I will go to anymore. This staff has helped me so much over the years. Please praise them. From the person in the wheel chair, to the blonde older lady, and the light skin brother with the fluffy beard.

I ride the bus from Everett to come here because it's just that good! Large selection, online ordering that saves you 10%. Super nice and knowledgeable staff, and plenty of parking as well as nearby bus stops. Masks are not required for fully vacinated people but they are appreciated and all the staff wear them.

Shoreline Dockside is the best. The nicest staff ever and super clean shop. Online ordering is great but all the budtenders are so fun to chat with if you need recommendations. My favorite Shoreline dispensary.
