After 20 years in customer service I can say she is absolutely stellar at her job and has truly made me feel like more than a transaction. The vibe is relaxed, friendly and the selection can't be beat anywhere in the Valley.

Always great customer service. Bought a cart last week before leaving town and ended up not working. Check battery with others and it read them just fine. Went in after getting back to exchange it and he checked it and it worked. I thought I was gonna be out of luck. He hooked it up with a new pen battery that worked. Thanks Craft crew, u all rock!!

What a great place to shop! Very clean and lots of products to choose from.
