When to pick up some bud today had the worst experience. budtender she didn't even look me in my eyes when giving me being my change it was thrown at me . worst customer service's experience I've ever had and I've been in the customer service field for over 25 years it doesn't matter what kind of business is it it is taking care of customers is taking care of customers if you don't want to be there don't be there

Total bummer, besides the customer service which comes across like a punk teenager with a bad attitude the bud doesn't weigh out. I purchased four 3.5 gram packages and three were short, it's also possible the four was short but as I was already smoking a bowl when I emptied the package weighting the rest wasn't an option.
After leaving three messages and after 10 days I finally got a hold of someone (I was told they were a manager) after calling the four time.
Then I was told "We can't do anything for you, you can contact the grower yourself". Then he went on to ask what kind of packaging it was in explaining that the bud is packaged before it's completely dry, which also means it's not properly cured by the way, and that could explain some weight loss.?. He did not seem to understand that if a package is sealed airtight then nothing, not water or vapor can get out, so it should still weigh 3.5grams. So I suggested the store taking the responsibility of making sure that what they are selling you is actually legit and again, after scoffing, he told me that was to much work and they would not make the effort.
Between the store changing hours before updating it on there website, the highest prices in the valley, raunchy customer service attitude and the lack of responsibility this store takes for its products I will spend elsewhere.

I've been to many retail cannabis stores and this is by far the best. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and makes the experience top notch. The selection of product and pricing is some of the greatest I've seen.

Great selection of edibles and CBD! I have been frequenting Green Life for the past 3 years and all of a sudden there is a lot more product, and the price the chocolates I normally purchase are lower as well! The staff at Green Life have always been super friendly and knowledgable, special thanks to Jessica for helping me with the find some CBD candies and cream for my mom. Highly recommend if you are looking for a recreational marijuana store in Wenatchee.
