First of all, they have a drive - through which I find very convenient. Second, they have good prices and large variety. The other day one of the employees was nice enough to go above and beyond to help me find a vape that would suit my needs and was very patient with me! It was very appreciated, him being so knowledgeable and kind. This place has become one of my regular go - to's.

Don't bother shopping here. The workers' attitudes and unprofessionalism aren't worth the wait - and still did not get the requested product. Amidst today's craziness, many other business owners would love for customers to frequent their establishments. So, go elsewhere where you and your business will be appreciated!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT try to get anything from the older white lady that this business has helping them. She would not stop saying she doesn't work here, I don't work here. I'm just help. Over and over and over again she wouldn't stop saying she wasn't an employee. She was there to help. She gave us attitude when she kept giving us the wrong coils. We asked for a specific pack and she couldn't find them. She had trouble remembering what she showed us 2 minutes prior. She was VERY rude and asked a friend why she was stressed out. My friend told her truthfully it was her lack of professionalism that was stressing her out. That's when we got the excuse she wasn't an employee. Friend said she needed to be trained and alllll we got back was NASTY remarks and a horrible attitude. She asked my friend if she wanted to go outside and fight her, then threatening us with the cops. All we wanted was our coils and juice. The owner stepped in and told us not to respond to negativity. Excuse you, but you SHOULD NOT hire or pay people under the table that are untrained and RUDE. She then would NOT stop talking to other customers about me and my friend, talking about looks and that she looked good and we did not. We refuse to come back inside with this woman in there. Until we know she is gone, we will NOT be returning. We have NEVER had an issue with this business in the past. Usually we get exactly what we need, even if we need help. We had to help this woman help us. It wasn't just as simple as us receiving help from a employee, we would've been fine with someone who didn't know what we needed, but this nasty, toxic, rude, woman had no clue at all what she was looking at. Asking other customers to read our vape specs and help us. It was awkward and when we got frustrated at the lack of professionalism, she took it out on us. You lost 3 very loyal customers today because of that woman.

Just went for the first time today. WIDE variety and great prices!!! Also super friendly service!! Couldn’t find a Facebook page to leave a 5 star review there too. Definitely will come a second and probably a 100th time. 10/10 would recommend.
