I bought an Ezig, they gave me the wrong battery so I had to drive back. Once It was charged and I went to use the Ezig, I got an error code. I had to return the the store and the store attendant was rude, argumentative, disrespectful and refused to help. I asked for my money back and he said they don't have a refund policy. That if we apologized he would help. I asked if he was the owner and he said no. That he would not help because we walked in upset. With the price of gas and having to make extra trips for an item I purchased that should work, he should of fixed the issue.
