If I could give 100 stars I would! Best Vape shop I've ever been in! The customer service is absolutely superb! In a small town, customer service goes a very very long way and I'd have to say NVE has the best customer service of any local business in town! Justin is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with products and is very attentive to his customers needs and wants! Nathan is beyond polite, he will listen to every question or concern and assist in any way possible! They will even sit down with you and teach you everything you need to know about the product you are purchasing, as if they are learning with you. I do my purchasing based on customer service, and NVE will never lose me as a customer!

Best CBD dispensary and head shop for miles. The Northwoods Vape Escape is always a welcoming experience, and expect to be greeted with a smile. The selection of glass, silicon and vape products is amazing, and not to mention the quality of their handblown glass and pendants. I highly recommend visiting this store when you're in Hayward.
