One of the better stores overall! They have excellent customer service, a large selection, and great products. The staff is very polite and courteous. I used the delivery service and it was great. The service was quick and they do a good job of keeping you updated on the status of your order.

Bought about 5 cartridges from them, 3 of them stopped pulling about halfway through. Was told I could bring one in and they would replace it, only to drive all the way there and be told I am the reason the carts stopped working. Even though the ones I got from other stores worked just fine. Very salty because I really wanted to support this store but I can’t anymore because I felt they definitely could have at least replaced one cartridge. And the fact That I drove 15 miles to the store only to be turned away.
