I was hesitant to come in here- the name and tribal designed feather logo is off putting, misleading and bordering on the line of cultural appropriation. It's image invites you to imagine a store that's unique, worldly, or even stocks locally sourced goods, with a wise connoisseur of medicinal CBD to assist you, yet it's a rather generic experience. But all of that aside, their selection is limited and overpriced. Their prices are higher than I've seen anywhere. I will not make the mistake of running out of product and being desperate enough to go back there, again. They get two stars because they were open, and the store is clean.

This is a great store with a great owner. I came from Texas for a few weeks and this place saved my life. They had everything I needed and plus some. I came back to Texas and went to my local CBD american shaman shop and they didn't have close to the same inventory this location had. Thanks Matt!

I’m very impressed by the customer service here! I’ve only had great experiences shopping here and was told which products may be best for my specific concerns. I’ve definitely felt better since starting to take the products, but I will specifically come here to buy them just because of how great I’ve been treated every time I’ve come in!!

stopped in their store - I was not sure about this CBD for pain reduction that I had heard about.
the Store owner - Matt - was very helpful - as was his employee a few days earlier
after using one of their CBD products - I now believe the product is effective for pain reduction. It took my discomfort down quite a bit.
Matt took the time to explain the science behind the claims and how their products differ from other CBD products out there.
bottom line - it is worth trying to see if it works for you

My husband went to the store. What he purchased was for me. The person at the store was very pleasant and knew his products. The water soluble CBD works so very well, it's hard to believe! It calms me when I have anxiety. It helps me to sleep uninterrupted. It does wonders for relieving my joint pain. Seriously, it works better for arthritis than any medication or cream or "menthol smelling" rub I have ever tried. It is truly a natural God-send for folks like me who are aging and still want to keep going!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the past walking into an establishment that sold CBD products was always a little sketchy, until walking into American Shaman of waukesha. Matt and his wife the owners, (" I'm sorry I never got her name" ). They were so polite, informative and helpful. Their promotions and email contacts are very impressive. I have been on CBD oil now for 16 months and never felt better. I will continue to refer anybody I know and meet to American Shaman in Waukesha. I've also followed some of the test results in the local area on CBD products sold and the American Shaman product is the real deal!

From the minute you walk through the door you feel at home. The knowledge from Matt and Jennifer is unbelievable, and such caring individuals. I did not know anything about CBD and they put my mind at ease, not pushy just want you to Have relief.

I am so glad I walked in! Excellent service! I am one of the people who had an instantaneous response to the CBD products, I couldn't believe it. I bought the water soluble drops and some cream.
