I just want to say that I really love this store but it’s disappointing when you rack up points (which you earn by spending money at their store) and you aren’t able to use it unless you spend 20 extra dollars which isn’t affordable to some. Due to “economic reasons” I am broke. I don’t usually make a fuss about stuff like this but this policy change just really doesn’t sit right with me.

This place is an absolute must go to. Any type of anxiety issues. Any type of sleep deprivation. Migraines. Arthritis. Pretty much any issue you may be having you’ll find a solution here.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this business four times. Always fun and educational. Yes, they carry CBD products but so much more. To me, True Essence is a Health Products store.
You are free to browse their many items without being hounded by staff trying to sell you something/anthing.The very best part is their staff who are knowledgeable and helpful.
Their shining star staff member is Kayla. She's personable, like talking to a best friend. She is incredibly knowledgeable and can easily educate while directing you to examples of just what you're looking for. She goes out of her way to make the time to research products and then calls you back! Who does that in this age of no follow up??? Count on Kayla. She works M, W, TH and F 10-6. Best sales and customer service person I have had the pleasure to interact with anywhere.
