For the size of this town they have a very good selection of cigars, and the service is great. I always get greeted and asked if I need help when I walk through the door, but I normally just walk into the humidor and wander for 10 minutes until I find what I want.

Usually the staff it’s so sweet and nice. Today there was a blonde girl. Idk her name. I didn’t care to ask. she was so rude. working the second counter today and DID NOT ID check the woman in front of me. I went to purchase ONE pack of juul pods, she told me i needed to show her my ID, but when I showed her my ID she said she needed to see both mine and my boyfriends. He wasn’t planning on purchasing anything, so he did not bring his wallet. The treatment was very rude and unfair. Terrible customer service, it makes me not want to go back.

This shop always has what I am looking for, and is almost always running some kind of sale or deal. Every time I’ve visited the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If it isn’t too busy they’ve always stepped out from the register area to help me with specific questions. The staff are a huge help whether you are an expert or someone who has no idea what they are looking for. Great products and service 🙂

Wouldn't warranty a vape pen that stopped working in six days because I didn't have the receipt. And "policy" says I need one. I paid twenty for it, so figure they paid about half. Never go here again or recommend anyone does. That's not customer service to me. Unfortunately you can't share zero stars.

Everybody that works there is super friendly and always willing to help you find what you need. Not sure what it is you need? Ask a question and theyll help you find your answer! Not to mention they always have a weekly prize giveway, that you can get *almost* unlimited entries for! (Certain rules appl) Awesome kickback deal for the glassroom, great cigar room with lots of choices, all sorts of vapes/mods and plenty of juices to follow. All sorts of different CBD forms. Decent cigarette prices, and LOTS for incense to choose from!

Employees claim it's the responsibility of the customer to inspect sealed boxes to make sure nothing is damaged. Very shotty imported glass for the most part. Little to no American made glass. I guess if you don't want to wait for something to show up through Wish or DHgate then this would be the best option in town. Sadly you still have to drive out of town to get decent glassware around here
