I could not be happier. Tucker and Gabrielle were perfect.
They were very knowledgeable and professional. And patient! I had dozens of questions while deciding on which electric scooter to purchase. Being able to make this purchase locally and avoiding the trek/treks to Idaho Falls was wonderful.

We were vacationing in Jackson, Wyoming and needed the use of a wheelchair. We contacted this company and arranged to rent one for a week.
We we’re picking it up after hours so they gave us a code to use. The wheelchair wasn’t there and they were not answering voicemails. A girl said unfortunately the wheelchair was put back and the paperwork was put into the picked up file. Admitting it was their fault. We didn’t have use of the chair for the first 2 days of our trip.
When we were returning the wheelchair after a week on a Friday afternoon at 3:00 they were closed and again did not answer voicemails.
We were flying out on Sat. morning so we’re confused as to what to do about the chair. A very unreliable company.
Luckily after explaining our dilemma to our hotel they said they would keep the chair in the office until the company could pick it up. They said it wasn’t the first time they had done this. This company was not very reliable about communicating with customers.
We are home now and finally reached someone in the office to see if they had picked it up yet. They weren’t aware of the situation and tried to charge us for having to pick it up. Very inconsiderate person. Acted like we were bothering him because HE WAS VERY BUSY.
I’d rent from someone else or take your chances with this one.

These guys were great! They had the scooter waiting for us at the hotel fully charged when we arrived and were very reasonably priced, especially for a resort town. The scooter appeared to be new and was in great working order. Would use them again!

Although they were sold out of the part I needed, they still treated me with respect and courtesy. Can't say that about all of the medical suppliers in Jackson. Just wish they had the part in stock I needed and I didn't have to drive to Idaho Falls to Alpine Home Medical on one of the days of my vacation. Still, the drive to Idaho Falls is beautiful!

Great experience renting a wheelchair, and bought a can of oxygen too after explaining symptoms my 82 year old
Mom was having since arrival in JH. Not used to higher elevation, and these were just what she needed for getting around comfortably. Thankful for professional, kind service. And reasonable price for a weekly rental.

The monitor they sent us came with 2 "neonatal" sensors that are marketed as suitable for anyone about 6 pounds and under. My son is 10 pounds...so. Obviously those don't work. Tucker, the owner ofWestern Medical based out of Jackson Wyoming, just told us that we don't know what we're talking about, that they WON'T try to send us the correct sensors, that Masimo, (the company who MAKES the sensors, whom I called and directly spoke with) is wrong about what sensor my son needs, and proceeded to tell me he no longer wanted to talk to me and that I should return the monitor and find one elsewhere and then HUNG UP on me. I would give this company negative stars if I could. What an absolutely, negligent, fraudulent, medically un-sound experience.
I do not recommend this company, and I believe that everyone should know the kind of people that are supposedly providing essential medical equipment to families in need of it.

Friendly staff! Very patient and knowledgeable. Helped us get a walker for my father to get around at the parks (Yellowstone and Grand Teton).
