The Depot is the BEST and only place to buy CBD products. They carry top of the line products at a competitive price. The staff is wonderful from their upbeat attitudes to their knowledge and if you have questions, you can ask anyone but I am happiest when I know Ty is on the premises. He knows his stuff. the depots in Colorado taught him well. Thanks guys! You are all great!!

I became a client after brain surgery. They took the time to help me, not just sell products. I have had anxiety for a very long time and has been really hesitant about trying cbd because I wasn't sure and then got super overwhelmed when I did try to research or shop because of the overload of information out there. I stopped here finally and told the employee what I wanted and they had such a wealth of knowledge and understanding. He gave me such a good starting point and I experimented and worked with dosages until I found what works best for me. I can't say enough good things about this place. I tell everyone I know to go here. FANTASTIC!!!!

We love this little shop! We started out a long time ago getting all our CBD needs here and haven’t found anyplace we like as well. Even though we haven’t really looked anywhere else! Very good customer service and sometimes they have sales which is nice! And they’re open long hours too which is very convenient plus they will also mail your product to you if you’re unable to get into the shop.

I initially went in to purchase a battery, everywhere seemed to be out. I went into the Columbus location and it was very welcoming, almost felt like an artisan pastry shop. I mentioned to the associate that helped me that I have heard about CBD before, but never really gave it any credit. I have a rather stressful job and some days the stress of the office follows me home. The associate made a recommendation that could help me better manage my stress and anxiety. Admittedly I was apprehensive. However the associate certainly made the entire experience feel comfortable and not forced, made me feel confident in my decision. Well needless to say it was a recommendation worth all the praise in the world. Nothing seemed to ever aid in my stress and anxiety, however CBD did the trick. For me at least it’s the closest thing to an off switch that there is. I used to be wide awake with anxiety all too often. However the past couple of weeks have been great. Columbus Botanical Depot helped me get here. If it was not for their all star customer service with associates that truly care, I probably would still be struggling today with my stress and anxiety. Columbus Botanical Depot has earned my deepest trust and will continue to get my recommendation to others as well as my continued business.

One of my favorite CBD stores in comumbus. The prices are fair, the employees are so nice and knowledgeable. I also love love love that you can order online and get free shipping. I'm not always able to safely drive so this is a huge help. Its the only place I buy my CBD from now. They also have a pretty sweet rewards program.

Been to a few stores around town and when I ask questions about the products or how to use them, everyone just gives me a general response and doesn't seem to know much detail, but the staff here is absolutely fantastic and clearly well trained.
