What an amazing shop! The owner is so knowledgeable and caring about the products he sells and that his customers are happy with their purchases. Wonderful lines of CBD products in a lovely, light-filled store. My struggles with long-term insomnia have been completely cured with a low dose treatment of CBD. Truly life changing.

We always make a special trip to visit and buy hundreds of dollars in product. As business owners ourselves we understand certain policies... but today we were disrespected and shown zero consideration. We always recommended this business because of the quality and selection of product they have available. But quality and product means absolute nothing if your customer service skills are lacking, or downright obsolete. The CBD industry requires compassion and understanding. This is NOT the place to go if compassion is what you want expect.

Staff is super friendly, but the products are really hit or miss. We go mostly for cbd flower. The prices are the most expensive we came across but the quality is mostly comparable to “head shop” and even some “ gas station” brands. Paid 50$ for seven grams of flower that was incredibly dry, and hurt my throat.. special sauce it was called. I bought a cbd pen here months ago, I enjoyed it but the pen died before I could even finish it. Mind you, the battery lasted hardly two days. If it wasn’t for that I did love the pen!! They also sell pre rolled cbd. We’ve purchased five in the past week and every single one of them ran, by the time they level out you’re almost done with it anyways. Told the guy who worked there about it, he was apologetic and kind but said he had never experienced what we have. I hope I have better luck with the lotions!!

I stopped in today to find a new product to help with my anxiety. I’ve visited this store several times before and I can’t say enough great things. The product selection is outstanding. Noah, thank you so much for your help today! You were so kind, knowledgeable, and you really took the time to answer my many, many questions. I can’t thank you enough!

I was very impressed! Staff very knowledgeable, kind, listened, explained, and went in great effort to understand my concerns and went into great detail about the products in the store to help me find the right CBD for me. Thanks you John and Teresa, (and directions to get there Joe)!!!!!

They have everything and they’re reasonably priced!

I have been on many psychiatric medications for anxiety, and columbus Botanical Depot’s CBD has been the most help by far and a blessing. I feel like I can go about my day without the negative thoughts that loomed over my life beforehand. Also, the guys at the store are always friendly and very knowledgable. I highly recommend this store and their products.

Columbus Botanical Depot is my go to for all things CBD. They have such a wide range of products, and super friendly and knowledgeable staff who are super helpful in getting you what you need. I myself have tried a few different products, and I'm particularly a fan of the Lazarus Naturals CBD tinctures, as well as the Wyld CBD gummies (the raspberry ones are so yummy!) For the tinctures, I recommend consuming it by putting your dose in a small amount of a complimentary beverage - it goes really well in oat milk, in my opinion.

Big fan of Columbus Botanical Depot, and will continue to shop there for my own CBD products. Check them out if you haven't already!

First time visiting this store. Was very impressed with the knowledge and recommendations. Decided to purchase a sample to try later on at home. Upon returning home and opening the sample I discovered it had been used already. Not very impressed, and not very professional selling customers used product.

I was looking for bubblegum CBD and I happen to found this location. People in the store was very nice and helpful with the questions I had since I am new to this. When time allows me I will go back and see what other stuff they have. Thanks so much be safe
