I really wish I could give this store less than 1 star. This is the worst vape store I have ever been to. I bought a Releaux Tinker mod that comes with the Column tank. The manager that sold it to me was rude and sighed every time I asked a question about the mod (Like how many batteries it took, what type of coil, whether batteries were removable or charged internally, how many mL the tank held etc) It comes with the WL01 coil. When it was time to replace the coil I called the store 5 times and they act like they have no idea what I was talking about. I explained it to them and asked when they were getting a truck in. Everyime they have no idea about that either. They are the only store that sells the Releaux Tinker mod or coils (Wish I knew that before I bought it.) From now on I will order the coils myself offline. Never giving this store another penny. Hope they get shut down.

Your first thought when you walk into an establishment shouldn't be, "Who works here?" nor should you have to go through three people to finally get to an actual employee (the only of which who was in the very back of the store laying on a couch). zZzZz
This isn't the first time I've left this location feeling unnerved. The staff is condescending and of little help when it comes to actually helping you figure out what you need.
How bout a friendly, "Hello, welcome to tiger vape." when a customer walks in? Surely the employees can manage that from the couch.
Shop @ Heady if you need a vape store, the guy that works there is probably the nicest guy I've ever met.

If you're looking for a vape shop with friendly, helpful staff, great products & fantastic customer service then I suggest you visit this shop. Before I found this shop I bought my dripbox mod from another vape shop. It was poppping, & the juice was coming out of the air vents burning the hell out of me. When I took it back to the shop where I bought it the guy wouldn't look at it for me, he was very nasty & told me there was nothing he could do. I don't know what these guys did but it's not doing that anymore, I actually enjoy the vape now. I've never been in a shop this friendly since I started vaping in Jan. 2016. So if you're looking for a great experience at a vape shop & you're old enough to vape then I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I will definitely be returning to purchase future products. Thank you guys so much for the pleasant experience! 😁
