This was my first time in a cannabis store. I have no desire to smoke weed, nor can I with the type of work I do, however, I went in looking for CBD products having no clue what I needed. Garrett saw me rolling toward the door in my wheelchair, opened it for me and I informed him this was my first time and I had no idea what I was doing. I was, however, hell bent on getting some gummies because that's what seemed "normal" to me. After explaining that not only was pain an issue from my recent ankle surgery, but at night I get anxiety and insomnia from "cast claustrophobia". He strongly recommended the drops, but he also recommended a lower dose than what the bottle suggested (maybe because I'm new to it?). I bought 2 bottles of the oil and one bag of gummies just to give them a try, but dollar for dollar, the drops are definitely more economically friendly. I took 12 drops with dinner and within an hour or so I felt chill AF and just a tad tired, like I'm about to have an amazing night's sleep. It could be the big day I had getting my stitches out and as new cast on, but I'm hoping it's the product working. Either way, the service was exceptional and the cost was acceptable. Very very happy and I'm sure I will be back if I truly see results! Thanks Garrett and Great Northern!

GO ONLINE AND ADD YOUR ORDER TO YOUR CART BEFORE CHECKOUT OR GET RIPPED OFF! The manager is padding the bill and skimming from the top because it's cash only and easy to do. I spent 10 minutes on my calculator to ensure I spent exactly $40. When she rang up my order she said it was $43.00. Luckily my BF was there, so he got another 20 from the atm and I thought "Oh, I can order a little more" then she padded that bill! I went online and pulled up their website and discovered this at home after the fact. The weed's good, so I'll be going back, but be sure to check their math with their online order system so you can hold it up and say "the hell you say, I want your supervisor!"

You can tell the employees were stressed out and real pushy for sales. The only reason I went in there was buy 1 get 1 half off carts. I don't think I'll ever go back there again.

My recent ex-girlfriend of 7 years had yet to go to any pot shop in town. Mainly because she didn't smoke for over ten years due to paranoia and general uncomfortableness. Recently, a friend had given her a bud of " Blueberry Kush," and she found that if she took the tiniest bat hit, it would help her sleep, lessen anxiety. Still, she didn't want to go to a dingy dark alley type of location to pick something up. She was AMAZED at the lighting, security, and professionalism of the staff there. Not to mention the how knowledgeable and thoroughly committed to understanding what your needs, likes, dislikes, and concerns are before delving into which products are tailored towards those concerns. She says she won't even think of looking anywhere else. The customer service is OUTSTANDING, as well.

By far the classiest shop in Alaska. They have the best prices and products in Alaska for sure! They’re always having some sort of sale or deals everyday on Weedmaps and Leafly if you didn’t know download the apps and check out the deals section it’s well worth it. The budtenders are very knowledgeable and eager to help. The atmosphere is outstanding I feel like I can stay there all day. Ask for Daniel and he will definitely hook you up!
