Horrible service!!! I was allowed inside,,with a paper ID before hand . I got put into their system.. when I go in today I was told by the very rude receptionist that she will not take paper IDs..so because of covid I still haven't gotten my physical ID in the mail I'm screwed..

I've been coming here off and on since the day they opened. Flower is only ok and fairly priced at 5 a gram in am.i just put shatter on top no big deal, stock can be low. Concentrates can be up to 3 times higher than across town. Turn over rate seems high with employees, it's always someone new and confused, but they are the reason I come as they are so nice in the back and they seem to really try. Even if sometimes it takes awhile as it seems 90 percent of the time whoever I get is in training. Though product weights under sometimes, it's conveniently located for me.I get tired of driving across town...Until yesterday. The girl working the desk at 830 yesterday morning could not have been ruder if she tried!!!!!I walk in, there's only 2 people in waiting room. Nobody behind me.She didn't look up acknowledge me, say hello,good morning, nothing. I didn't think a lot of it as she's not the nicest anyway. But then I had the nerve to try and ask her 3 questions concerning deals and hours. She didn't even acknowledge me standing there just shrugged her shoulders and grunted!!I finally said I guess I'll leave you alone and she said "good" and turned away!!! Now I understand bad days, though she's never really been friendly, this level of rudness should be left at home and not taken out on your customers. EVER! If you hate your job,leave! Running out of reasons to come here, especially if that's the first face you have to deal with! On top of everything else. Surprised they are still open, they never really seemed to get off the ground. Still scrambling, can't keep employees, product so so, inventory hardly adequate and now rude people. Great...
