With as long as this dispensary had been around I would have figured that they would have some kind of point system for their loyal customers but they do not! It feels like they don't care to give back to the customers that give them so much money. I used to shop here a lot but I got tired of wasting my money somewhere that doesn't give back.

Well before today.. everything about this place and everyone I've interacted with inside it had been amazing.. really no complaints.. but today... Really bombed on customer service ! .. badly ... Specifically one of the managers.... Treated me very poorly.. very rude.. Very disappointing .. long story short ... Love you guys( not that manager😉) but for today.. I'm buying my tree from your competition... And yes.. she upset me enough to post this....

It's an alright place. They used to have some of the best deals. Sadly not the case anymore. Be sure to tell em not to forget to call you up either. They didn't serve me at all on more than a single occasion. To make it worse they'll blame you for their mess ups. So hopefully they can get it together soon.
