Always a pleasure . Fast and kind. Store is clean and organized. Customer service and security are always on point.
I do wish there were a discount for online orders. I more often go all the way to Dixon to a different dispensary because I get 25% off of online orders which takes all of the taxes off and really makes a huge difference.

Experience was excellent! Staff are friendly and very helpful, even security was helpful in announcing deals inside. Great place. Great deals! Bryno aka Brian and Edith were quick to help and assist us.
Alana helped me when I called with issues trying to place an online order (app issues). Grab a shopping basket and have at it.

Lexi is a go getter. She greeted me as I started to walk in the direction of the drink wall, she appeared to want to assist me, so I went with it. Lexi is friendly and approachable.

Store is clean, staff are friendly from the moment you enter and on your way out. AWESOME!

Guy was nice but this place is way over priced! Taxes are not included in the price and they want 90 for a heavy hitters vape. Never again. Go to The Bright Spot or Dixon Wellness!

I was told by the gal who check us in we would get a first time discount. We even told our budtender Brian and he said yes we will get the discount. He then said we should come back tomorrow (Sunday wax discount) since I was getting wax. We also got a 5 pack of the Lime infused prerolls. He then made a comment something along the lines of 'you'll be over the limit so I can't do the promo' that was going on, he didn't tell me what that promo was. But said he could throw in a bag of (garbage) tree for .01 so I said okay I guess. In the end we ended up paying full price for everything, he did not give me the new customer discount nor did he offer to split the 2 items between my girl and I so we could reap the most discount. All in all, shady practices, you don't say you have a new member discount then say you are applying the discount and then not do so!

Staff including their security are always very friendly and welcoming. I like the fact that they have everything out on display where you can actually check out the items before purchasing it. Also, it’s very clean and well organized.
