Sorry, but i was not handled well by the staff on my second visit, unfortunately they were very busy, 75 people in the main line, where there is a sign that said to avoid the line and pre-order or order for pick up, which I thought was going to be easy, instead took about 2 hours. I was better if just I had stood in line. I have been to hundreds of dispensaries and don't care for the super busy ones, probably will never go back.

Lines were long, but most of the employees were super helpful while in line. Riley checked out my transaction was friendly with great customer service. I did not get helped by Erin but I watched and observe her in line helping the customer in front of me asking great questions to help the front of the line go faster. I was alone in line and never had a employee help me until at the front. I did have a general idea of what I wanted, the woman the got me all my products ready was super helpful with recommendations, unfortunately I forgot her name because of the excitement of finally getting to the counter. She was an average height 20-30s low cut African American woman. She couldn’t ring me out because needed the card reader.

OMG!!!!! It was awesome! I made my online order which they have a separate line for so I got to bypass everyone else. The chick at the register was so friendly, had great recommendations for next time and it was overall just awesome! Everyone there was so freaking nice! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
