This was my first experience at a dispensary in California and I was very impressed. The establishment was very clean and well managed. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. My budtender was able to give me great suggestions and was very knowledgeable. I left with a smile on my face. It's great to know 1% goes to making Fresno a better place too. Keep it up Embarc!

I love going to this dispensary. The vibes are definitely way better at this place compared to the other dispensary in town. Everyone is super friendly from the security guards, reception, to the bud tenders/cashiers. It's a great experience from beginning to end. I will definitely continue to shop here.

I went in and had a manager mustafa really hint to me about leaving a tip just because I mentioned that I shop often and like to buy in bulk 🤨 🤦♀️ I somewhat felt pressing and still left a $10 tip I understand if your giving excellent service then hey why not but even the fact I knew more about the products then his especially the rosin but It just left a sour taste in my mouth especially coming from a manager at least that’s what his lanyard said overall they have some good promotions. Mel is one if my favorite Managers and she’s also a bud tender so it’s cool she plays both rolls and she’s a woman and of color so that’s the bomb. I absolutely love the passport club join and get 5% percent back on all purchases you can’t beat that that’s honestly why I shop with them over the other clubs and they stayed pretty stocked up just wish you had a bigger variety of concentrates.

Everyone was super nice. Went pretty late and it was super packed. I had to wait about 15 minutes. Which isn't bad given how many people was there. They had a lot of workers working so it wasn't like they were short handed. They were busy. Will return

This election here is pretty good. However, the prices are highly taxed. No the prices are as what they should be and they try to keep a copy of your ID just for entering when I purchase beer from 711 I never get my ID photo scanned and made a copy of. I expect the same treatment here. Also, they have a habit of searching everybody and padding them down. Seems like a questionable place but there’s only two dispensaries here in town so you don’t have much choice however because I want the best treatment from all my places that I shop I won’t be returning here
