If you ask me I would use herb n joy one block south who has a way better rewards program and better prices and who don’t keep changing there system on rewards and discounts completely bs how they take away there in store cash rewards after some customers spend thousands in there store just to be rewarded with low budget house products what a shame…

The delivery gal Megan was friendly and on time with my order. I had to call to fix my order and a Supervisor named Crystal was super friendly, very knowledgeable regarding the product. The best customer service I have had in a while.

The moment I walked in i was greeted rudely, even though I am a returning customer. Then when I handed my military ID I was told that a service member's identification card "didn't count as identification". HerbNjoy is right down the street from this place and they are way more respectful and professional, especially to veterans. 🇺🇲
