Haven was truly a haven for for the cannabis user. The Wide selection of top tier products in a beautiful storefront made it fun and exciting to find exactly what I needed. All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming but Xitlali really amazed me with her excellent customer service. She thoroughly answered my questions and her suggestions helped me find my new favorite strain. I can’t wait to go back

This store has to have the worse customer service I’ve received in Long Beach dispensaries! Especially the manager! I was given a coupon by this location then told it was a mistake and I can’t use it! I then express how displeased I was with them giving me something and taking it back! I asked for a supervisor to contact me and to be taken out their system! A week later I went to another location and found out the supervisor banned me from all stores stating I was talking bad about the store if giving my opinion that the store has extremely horrible customer service is talking bad then they should fix the issue! I’ve asked more than three times to speak to management and they refuse to speak with me! This is absolutely ridiculous
