Horrible Management at this place! Melissa please don’t call Monica or myself back all you did was make matters worse. Argued, talked over us, didn’t apologize and did absolutely nothing. Never coming back to DTLB Haven. All other Havens are run very professionally and with customer first attitude. Definitely will spread the word of our experience.

Amber was a great bud tender. I only gave a 4 star because the choice we ended up with was no bueno (for me). Not knocking Amber - just a bad luck of the draw trying to test new strains. I would definitely visit this location again.
