Nice folks, clean facility, great customer service.

One of the best dispensary experiences I have had! The shop was well stocked with a great selection and awesome prices, they offer a discount for first timers and it’s definitely worth it! The staff was exceptionally friendly, I was helped by Jerry both times I went and he was so helpful and knowledgeable all the products he recommended were really good; he was so helpful answering all my questions and making sure I really got a good value. I would go back here anytime I’m in the area really quality service and atmosphere (seriously Jerry was the BEST)

Very unprofessional rite at the front door. There are rules of course but there security chooses to promote his own set just because he doesn't like what your doing and what he thinks is right, means he can tell you not to do it. No thanks P.U. I will take my business and my friends somewhere else.

Prices can be a little steep at times, but the staff is very helpful, and they typically have a good selection.

Stopped in on our way through town. Sat in waiting room for awhile before we were let in, some issues at the front desk. A customer comes back in saying they was given the wrong med. First thoughts were come on guys get it together. Finally we were let into this tiny showroom with a very unappealing lineup. Very quiet I could hear everything the person in front of me was asking for and it was rather uncomfortable. We decided to leave honestly even though we had a 30% off new member discount. One way in one way out so watch that door while trying to give your I'd to the lady I almost got taken clean out... Overall I hope this can be helpful to the management. That front room needs to go.

Note for management... Play some music or something the vibe in there is really off... It will help 100% ...long term goal, knock that wall down remove the front office area and add to your showroom(nobody wants to sit in the cramped front room its awkward). Scan ids outside with security and send them in. Will create tons more space to at the very least add in some displays of products you offer. I really think this would benefit your company.

These people rock! Every time I'm there I learn something new. They're passionate about their product. The clones I've gotten there are looking awsome. Prices are good and straightforward but I've also found some great deals on their website. So glad you guys are in Morro Bay✌

I love Perfect Union and am SO GLAD they opened in Morro Bay. They have the absolute best pricing you could get at any dispensary and their staff are incredible. Big shout out to Caitlin who helped me today she was incredibly helpful and kind and the customer service keeps me coming back over and over. I would recommend this dispensary over any other in the area just because of how nice and friendly the staff are.

Very friendly staff, and a pretty good selection of items. The daily deals are great if you are a regular buyer and know what you like. I found the location safe and very clean, and had a great experience.

I don't do many reviews but Marco deserves a good review.
Marco was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.
