Perfect Union Weed Dispensary Morro Bay

Easy peasy...deals...a must stop in Morro. Knowledgeable staff

Visiting from out of town and found this little spot and would definitely recommend visiting. Not only was their product 10/10 their customer service exceeded my expectations of an establishment like this. I've been to many where they are just like give me your money and just take whatever. Danni and Jackie were attentive and even went out of their way which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Perfect Union for some quality product and amazing customer service 🙃

Staff doesn’t understand cartridges and pens, and is dismissive of customer problems.

I was sold Dime Bag carts and told they would work on Raw Garden pens. They don’t. I was provided with a Himalaya which was nice.

When the charger literally fell apart after a few weeks, I returned again to get a new Himalaya charger, but was told I could charge the pen on any charger. Not true. I returned again and explained the situation, to which I was told by the staff member that he charges his Himalaya on all kinds of chargers and it works fine. And THEN I was told “they don’t come with warranties, so....”

At no point did anyone suggest maybe the pen had a problem, not just the charger. No attempt to accommodate me was made.

I am thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning. I expect professional advice and excellent customer service. I would never tell a customer who was experiencing problems with my product that “it doesn’t come with a warranty,” inferring that it isn’t Perfect Union’s problem, or that they didn’t care.

I went to the new competitor in town, and they took excellent care of me and explained exactly how their pens and chargers operate. They also offer a 7-day guarantee on all products.

Super nice and knowledgeable staff. It was my first time there and they helped my find something that made me feel happy and uplifted. Will definitely come back if I’m in the area.

Excellent service, from the security, reception and the sales. The young lady who helped me was very helpful, and informational. I am from the San Joaquin valley and we were in town, and decided to stop and shop. I will definitely refer to my family and friends when they are in town

I was in a couple weeks ago. I believe Danielle helped me (I hope I didn't butcher that) and WOW! Super knowledgeable about the product. I explained that I was more interested in flavor and terp profile over percentage. She more than delivered on her suggestions.
Next time I'm in Marro Bay, I'll be stopping FOR SURE!

Honestly my favorite dispensary so far in SLO County. They have all types of flower for various prices, and have great staff as well. Highly recommend. They have great flower, and the atmosphere is awesome in Morro Bay. To bad there’s not a college there haha.
