Love this store so much.. the fact that they are open so late is a good send on some nights lol but they are a little pricey so that's why I only have them 4 stars..

Went in tonight to buy a vape and the ElfBar that I usually get at $25.95- $27.95 was now $35.95 and when I asked about it the main guy said, I can’t give you discount these are prices if you don’t like it you don’t need to buy here. I simply said it’s not a discount… you just raised the prices.

People that work here are very rude and rush you the entire time you are there. Plus, not very knowledgeable on their product they sell. Not good dudes. You aren't better than anyone else so quit tryin to act like you are. Better customer service Please. Or better yet, I just won't shop here. Yup yup.... Nor will I ever recommend this place to ANYONE. Sorry.

This review is for the head shop, not the hookah lounge.
I've got nothing bad to say about this place other than the parking lot is rather a nightmare.
The selection of vapes, pipes and bongs is really enormous, as is that of nicotine juice. I'm still pretty new at all this, but the place seemed to be impressive.
The owner is friendly in a subdued way, and patient with my dithering.
Will go back and would probably recommend.

This place has an excellent selection compared to other smoke shops in the area. They also have the added convenience of being open really late Thurs-Sat. I've seen them open as late as 2am on said nights. All this considered, as much as I would like to give them a 4 star rating or better, they are without any doubt the most expensive place I the area as well. When I say overpriced I mean exactly that. I almost never buy anything here unless I really have to. Smoke shops are notorious for gouging their customers, but Blow & Tell tops them all in this respect. So if you're in a bind late at night and need to buy some glass, yes you can head to Blow & Tell. Just make sure to bring your wallet and plan on hitting the ATM on your way...

Don't be fooled by the charismatic personalities, lively late night vibe, or high-energy curb appeal of this place. If you are in the market for high-priced electronic accessories, for example, I strongly encourage you to reconsider your choice of retailer. You'll find that their products are marked up 30-60% higher than that of their online competitors; however, you will also discover that their products lack quality - something I suspect is the result from poor logistics planning, overhead management, and product mishandling. They refuse to stand behind the products that put food on their table. While a cash refund may not always be the best business practice, these guys should have exchanged at least one of the three defective products I purchased for nearly $300. In all actuality, an honest business would have exchanged or refunded all three products. Should have considered their willingness to commit felony sales of illegal weapons, such as the extendable/ retractable steel batons in the front showcase, to be an indicator of their overall business practices. There's a fine line between larger than life personalities and cheap sleezy salesmanship. Overall, I left feeling as though I were robbed for three hundred of my hard earned dollars by a duo of back-alley swindlers.
