Nice looking glass. Iβm no big spender, but I came in for a new dab rig and setup. It bugs when places see you looking for the more budget friendly items and then give you attitude. That did not happen here. The staff that helped me, Taylor (I hope Iβm remembering that right π) was super cool and helpful. Dealt with my questions and showed me everything I was asking for. Iβm just down the road and this is def my new regular spot for gear! Staff like this give the whole business a good name and keepβs customers coming back. Thanks Taylor!

While the prices can sometimes be high, the staff owner is especially nice. Comes off a little short but he's a good dude. Great selection too

Place sucks. Two choices 8 or 15 dollars for butane. Like huh?? 30 to 45 dollars on glass pipes? Rather go to Arab shop and pay 3 4 or 5 per can. Thanks gentrification.

Every time I visit and the owner is there- I experience the worst customer service ever!!! I came in to explain I bought the wrong piece and needed the right one- I didnβt want to exchange it was my mistake. I asked him if he had the other one I needed and he literally walked away and never came back lol. The lady working there tried to help me but had to keep asking him questions.
He also did NOT want to hear about what I needed.
I spent $120 in bangers trying to get the right one and he wouldnβt help me find the one I needed. I still have 3 bangers I canβt use that donβt fit my piece and am going to have to go spend more money at a different location.
Iβve been saying this was terrible customer service offered here for years but now I really wonβt come back

Pretty glass! Theycarry clothes which pleasantly surprised me, along with an array of other inventory. The staff was hovering me and rushed me which I did not care for, but he wasn't rude, just annoying.

I went here to buy 420 cleaner It cost 13.25 out the door. And you could get two for 14 on Amazon. I like helping small businesses out but not this much Wayover priced way over reaching. Pure greed
